PURPOSE

Presses to close the jointed ends of narrow abrasive belt.

FEATURES

1. Hydraulic pressing.
2. Right and left hydraulic systems are individual from each other.
3. 12" side is suitable for narrow belt pressing, and does not produce overlapping press marks on belt.
4. Top and bottom press plates have heating device and thermostat (automatic interruption of power supply).
5. Press plates adopt steel substance processing and grinding, and are hard to wear out.
6. Press plate is easy to take out.
7. 12" side uses 100mm inner-diameter hydraulic cylinder and 3HP pump, whose output power is as much as 10 tons.
8. 24" side uses 125mm inner-diameter hydraulic cylinder and 3HP pump, whose output power is as much as 15 tons.
